What a fantastic company to deal with! I’m in the US and got a mother’s necklace for my mom’s 80th birthday, but I totally spaced on St. Patrick’s Day being a holiday over in Ireland. I was worried it wouldn’t arrive in time. Thanks to Davis’s assistance, the necklace showed up just in time for her special day. The necklace is stunning, the packaging is lovely, and their customer support is truly exceptional. We now have a gorgeous Irish heirloom to pass down to the next generation of Brennans.

The support team was helpful when I placed my order, but I got two rings that were supposed to be the same for a ring guard from my mom's engagement ring after she passed away. Unfortunately, the craftsmanship on one of the rings wasn't up to par with the other. I keep telling myself and others that they are 'handmade' rather than machine-made, which explains the differences. I really don’t want to deal with the hassle of sending them back to Ireland, so I’ll just hang on to them and not stress over the flawed one. I appreciate that they’re actually from Ireland since we have Irish roots, but I just wish the quality control had been a bit more thorough before they shipped them out.
